Growth + Launches

Launch campaigns, creator partnerships, and repeatable content programs built without paid media.

Who it helps

Create steady attention between product launches and turn important moments into content that fits each channel.

What I did

I started with one launch moment, found the useful stories inside it, and made different assets for each platform and audience. I also handled production, creator partnerships, community programs, testing, and performance review.

What changed

The work produced 43,000 giveaway entries in 10 days with no paid media, more than 730,000 creator views, and steady content between major releases.

BACKGROUND

A game cannot disappear between major releases.

VAIL VR competed for attention in a crowded gaming market. Product launches created moments of interest, but the company also needed a steady reason for players, creators, and potential customers to pay attention between releases.

The team was small, so the marketing work had to connect production and distribution. A launch video, creator collaboration, community program, and social series could not operate as separate projects.

AEXLAB + VAIL VR

I turned product moments into a repeatable channel plan.

01

Launch production

I wrote scripts, planned shoots, captured gameplay, filmed the team, edited the videos, published them, and prepared channel-specific clips and copy.

02

Creator partnerships

I worked with gaming creators on collaborations that introduced the product through voices their audiences already trusted.

03

Community programs

Giveaways and launch activities gave the community a clear reason to participate and share the release.

04

Always-on channels

I ran two X accounts, managed the CEO’s LinkedIn, built eight recurring content series, and reviewed performance.

VAIL VR Steam Early Access launch video
The Steam Early Access video used the team and product story, then became channel-specific launch content.
VAIL VR creator collaboration
The Habie147 creator collaboration produced more than 730,000 views.

ONE LAUNCH, MANY ASSETS

One launch moment became many connected assets.

A beta trailer, release date, product update, creator collaboration, or event became the source for a larger campaign.

I pulled out the product news, team story, gameplay moments, community angle, and creator proof. Then I edited each idea for YouTube, X, the CEO’s LinkedIn, Discord, creator channels, and follow-up posts.

A short gameplay clip, executive post, community prompt, creator asset, and release reminder each had a different job. They all supported the same launch story.

01

Start with one moment

Use the trailer, release, update, collaboration, or event as the shared source.

02

Find the stories

Pull out product news, team context, gameplay, community participation, and outside proof.

03

Edit for the channel

Change the length, framing, visual, and call to action for each platform and audience.

04

Run one connected campaign

Publish several assets that work alone and build attention around the same moment.

RESULTS

The campaigns created attention without a paid media budget.

STUDIO MINT

I managed clients, coached founders, and built niche content plans.

Studio Mint was my independent consultancy for founders, creators, and small digital companies. I managed client relationships, coached the people making the content, and built a strategy around each niche.

I helped clients choose their positioning, improve hooks and story structure, set a posting cadence, and review performance. Strong posts became recurring formats the client could use again.

Across client accounts, the work reached 10M+ organic views per quarter, every quarter, across social platforms.
