CompliPost
A weekly content product for mortgage loan officers who need useful marketing without rebuilding the compliance handoff every time.
Help an individual loan officer create branded social content while keeping the draft, disclosures, review notes, and sources together.
I used the publishing process I ran for 350+ bank advisors as the starting point, then simplified it for one loan officer or a small team.
The user can move from a weekly idea to a branded post and a review packet without copying the same information between several tools.
This video shows the full workflow. Play, pause, or move through the demo.
MY ROLE
I built CompliPost as a solo founder. I handled the research, product decisions, positioning, workflow, frontend, backend, and launch.
BACKGROUND
The work was split across too many places.
A mortgage loan officer needs a steady stream of useful content. A blank AI chat can draft a caption, but it does not know the person’s brand, required disclosures, or which phrases deserve a closer look.
The graphic may live in a design tool. Compliance notes may live in a document or email. The final post has to be assembled by hand. That extra work makes it easier to delay marketing or skip it altogether.
THE GOAL
Make the whole weekly job easier to finish and easier to review.
I wanted one product to guide the user from an idea to a finished post while keeping a person in control of every final decision.
Start with a plan
The user can begin with a weekly content plan instead of having to invent a prompt from scratch.
Reuse the brand
The product carries the user’s colors, logo, headshot, voice, NMLS license details, and saved preferences into new work.
Keep checks beside the draft
Matched text, rule names, severity, explanations, suggested fixes, citations, and source links stay with the post.
Prepare the handoff
The caption, visual, disclosures, and review notes can leave the product together instead of being rebuilt for the reviewer.
WHY I BUILT IT THIS WAY
The bank program showed me which steps made review faster.
At First Horizon Bank, I ran a social selling program with 350+ active advisors and a library of 500+ approved posts. Review became faster when the team used standard inputs, known claims, repeatable approval paths, and a clear handoff.
CompliPost applies those lessons to a smaller user. It gives one loan officer the structure of an enterprise publishing process without requiring an enterprise platform.
WHAT CHANGED
Planning, creation, review support, and export now happen in one product.
Before
The user moved between a blank chat, a design tool, brand files, compliance references, and a separate review message.
After
The user chooses a plan, creates the copy and visual, reviews the findings, makes changes, and exports the work from one place.
